Notification définitive

J’ai reçu récemment une notification m’indiquant que ma notification définitive de bourse était disponible. Naturellement, je me suis connectée à mon espace personnel sur messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr pour la consulter.

Mais une fois sur le site, rien n’apparaissait :

- Aucun document à télécharger (pas de PDF, pas de notification officielle) ;
- Aucune information sur le montant, l’échelon ou les prochains versements ;
- Pas même une ligne mentionnant un versement passé ou à venir.

J’ai trouvé cela étonnant, car la notification était censée être « définitive », ce qui implique normalement un document officiel et des détails concrets.

Au début, je me suis demandé si c’était normal ou juste un délai technique. J’ai fouillé un peu, vérifié mes spams, mon appli mobile, tout… Mais toujours rien. J’ai donc fini par contacter le CROUS pour leur signaler la situation, en espérant avoir plus d’infos et surtout récupérer ce fameux document officiel dont j’aurai besoin pour la rentrée.

C’est un peu frustrant d’avoir une notification sans qu’elle soit réellement disponible, surtout quand on attend des infos importantes sur les aides financières pour pouvoir s’organiser.
