Arrêt du paiement de ma retraite depuis huit mois

Expatrié à l’étranger depuis de nombreuses années, je suis rentré en France début février 2024. Par un courrier J’informais l’assurance retraite de ce retour. Par un courrier en date du 12 avril 2024 l’assurance retraite accusait réception de ce courrier en précisant que mon dossier allait être traité et que les prélèvements sociaux allaient être modifiés du fait de mon changement de statut. Jusqu’en décembre 2024 ma retraite m’a été effectivement payée.
Début 2025 les paiements ont été interrompus sans que j’en soit avisé.
Lors d’un appel téléphonique il m’a été indiqué que le blocage était dû au fait que je n’avais pas envoyé mon certificat de vie. J’envoyais alors un certificat de vie à la caisse de retraite comme il m’avait été indiqué de le faire. Ne voyant toujours pas les paiements arriver je procédais alors à un nouvel appel pour finalement m’entendre dire que le certificat de vie devait être envoyé au centre de traitement des certificats de vie. J’envoyais donc un nouveau certificat de vie au centre de traitement mais apparement sans résultat puisqu'à chaque appel j’avais la même réponse, à savoir "nous n’avons rien reçu". J’ai ainsi envoyé un certificat de vie à trois reprises. Au cours d’un nouvel appel on m’indique que je pouvais l’envoyer en ligne au travers de mon espace personnel. Malheureusement pour moi ce service n’était pas ouvert. Au cours d’un nouvel appel l’opératrice m’indique qu’elle allait faire le nécessaire pour que j’ai accès à ce service. En fait le service n’a jamais été ouvert en ce qui me concerne. Au cours d’un nouvel appel il m’a été indiqué que le centre de traitement des certificats de vie se "dé-saisissait" de mon dossier et que je devais voir avec l’assurance retraite. Huit mois, de multiples appels téléphoniques, des courriers jamais reçus, des réclamations effectués sans succès et toujours rien.
Et toujours l’impossibilité de parler à quelqu’un de responsable, à se demander si ce n’est pas une IA qui est au bout du fil !
