Je me suis inscrite pour la première fois, depuis des années, début juin et j'ai eu l'impression de parler un autre langage.
Alors je me suis inscrit sur le site Internet. Et j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation d'inscription. Début juillet, voyant qu'on avait toujours pas eu de retour de ma conseillère, je me suis permise de rappeler France travail. Et j'ai été surprise d'apprendre que je n'étais pas inscrite, en fait, le numéro d'inscription que j'avais eu est un numéro international qui est donné à tout le monde et que la prise en compte de mon inscription n'était pas bonne. Voila un mois que j'attends pour rien. Je pensais connaître le service et pouvoir faire confiance au service, mais en fait,pas du tout. Ensuite, je dois rappeler France travail pour leur demander comment faire pour modifier ma date d'inscription parce que je dois en refaire une début juillet. Il ne me retrouve pas, donc c'est déjà un problème. Quand j'ai enfin réussi a partager mes documents le service m'a dit que tout était ok alors que non il manquait 3 pages. Je ne l'ai su que quelques jours plus tard en envoyant un mail par hasard. Je n'arrive plus a faire confiance aux interlocuteurs. Ca fait depuis le 31 mai que je suis en train d'attendre...je pense que les personnes au bout du fils manque de clarté et d'expérience. Il ne faut pas juste balader les gens.
