plus d' 1h d'attente au téléphone !

Ressenti de l'usager : Négatif

Bonjour,
N'ayant plus de conseiller, je suis obligée de joindre France Travail par téléphone, puisqu'aucun service de mail n'est disponible.
Il y a une semaine j'ai réussi à avoir quelqu'un au bout de 34min d'attente, pour un problème qui s'avère être juste un bug, mais que je ne peux pas résoudre moi-même (et qui bloque l'étude de ma demande de chomage).
Aujourd'hui, n'ayant aucune nouvelles, je rappelle. Je suis actuellement sur l'attente du téléphone depuis 1h03min26sec !
Ce n'est pas possible franchement...
